By ordering from Kymoto Co. you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.
ORDERING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Common food allergens that may be found in the kitchen include: eggs, dairy and wheat. Soy may be present, as it may be found within an ingredient used, such as sprinkles, for example. As such, cross contamination of these ingredients may occur.
Should you have an allergy concern, please contact me at kymotoco@gmail.com to check on any ingredient that may be used in your baked goods.
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Orders cancelled with more than 2 days notice of the fulfillment date will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. In the event that the order is cancelled within 2 days of the fulfillment date, no refund will be issued. The final date of any changes to your order (i.e. size, flavor, design) are due 2 days prior to the fulfillment date.
DAMAGES
Kymoto Co. assumes no liability or responsibility after the order leaves our kitchen for pick up, or after the order has been delivered to the final address for delivery.

Kymoto Co. prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
GIFT CARDS
Kymoto Co. Gift Card may only be redeemed at kymotoco.com. Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash except to the extent required by applicable law. Resale of Gift Cards is not permitted without our consent. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards are not reloadable.
Kymoto Co. has the right to refuse acceptance of any Gift Card, and may request an alternative form of payment, if Kymoto Co. believes such Card has been fraudulently obtained
Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities unless you obtain Kymoto Co.’s prior written approval.
In the event that Kymoto Co. is found liable to you for any reason relating to your purchase or use of a Gift Card, you shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on your Gift Card.
